Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM for cottages and 11:00 AM for motel rooms.
If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please call 207-864-3755 before 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more before the scheduled check-in date will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee per unit reserved. If a deposit was paid, the refund will be issued minus the applicable cancellation fee(s). Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date will result in a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the reserved stay. If a guest departs earlier than their reserved departure date, Town & Lake Motel & Cottages reserves the right to charge for the remaining nights of the reservation. Failure to vacate the cottage or motel room by the designated check-out time may result in a late check-out fee.

Rates & Payments

All rates are subject to change without prior notice and are determined by management based on availability, demand, season, and special events. Management reserves the right to adjust rates at any time, regardless of rates listed on third-party websites or other online sources. In the event of a discrepancy, Town & Lake Motel & Cottages’ official rates shall apply. A 4% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions. Guests may avoid this fee by paying with cash or check.

Through confirming reservations, guests acknowledge and accept all Town & Lake Motel & Cottages policies.

Reservations made through Booking.com must be modified or canceled directly through Booking.com. Because the reservation was created on their platform, we’re unable to change dates, pricing, or cancellation details on our end. Please log into your Booking.com account or contact their customer service team for assistance with any changes.
