If you are canceling your reservation at least FOURTEEN (14) days prior to your check-in date, there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee, per unit reserved. If you paid a deposit, then the refund will be given minus the $20.00 cancellation fee(s). If you are canceling within less than FOURTEEN (14) days before this date, Town & Lake will charge a cancellation fee for the Total Sum of the scheduled reservation, unless the unit is re-rented; then a flat fee of $20.00 per unit will be charged for canceling. If you leave earlier than your reserved departure date; Town & Lake Motel reserves the right to charge for the remainder of your reserved stay. Failure to properly leave your Cabin or Motel Room by the designated check-out time stated above may result in a late check-out fee.

A 4% Processing Fee Will Be Applied To All Credit/Debit Card Transactions. For Your Convenience, Customers May Avoid This Extra Fee By Paying With Cash Or Check.
