Town & Lake Motel Check-In is between 3:00PM & 9:00PM. Check-out time is by 10:00AM for Cottages & 11:00AM for Motel Rooms on the reserved day of your departure.

➢Cancellation Policy: If you are canceling your reservation at least THIRTY (30) days prior to your check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee. If you are canceling within less than THIRTY (30) days before this date, Town & Lake will charge a cancellation fee for the Total Sum of the scheduled reservation, unless the unit is re-rented; then a flat fee of $20.00 will be charged for canceling. If you leave earlier than your reserved departure date; Town & Lake Motel reserves the right to charge for the remainder of your reserved stay. Failure to properly leave your Cabin or Motel Room by the designated check-out time stated above may result in a late check-out fee.
