Our two bedroom lakefront cottages have fireplaces,
with 4 double beds (2 in each bedroom),
full bath, telephone and cable TV. They are rented fully equipped with all necessary dishes and utensils, including automatic coffee makers, dishwashers and microwaves.

COTTAGE RATE SCHEDULE
Standard Weekends Rates (up to 4)	$225 per Night
Standard Midweek Rates (up to 4)	$175 per Night
Each Additional Person	$10 per Day
Weekly Rates	$1,050
Children under 12	No additional charge
Pets allowed	$5 per Day

Rental Policy:
Advance deposit check within 10 days is required on all reservations - deductible at the end of the scheduled stay. 30 day prior cancellations notice on all cottage reservations. No refunds on early departure unless re-rented and a $25.00 processing fee is charged for all returned deposits.

 Check-in time: 3 p.m.
